January 27th: unpacking

Januray 26th: before the walls go up

Al got the stairs in and tore out the weird supports and foil stuff that was left by the last tenants. We need hardware for the door, dry wall for the north (left in the photo) wall and windows (which we had about a dozen of but some one took them so we need to go buy more) for the west wall.

Chris and Julia's room as seen when you walk in the door. Their door is all attached and you can see the wall frame for their loffice in the upper right and behind that is the wall frame for their loft bed.

Just inside their door on the is the stair-latter going up to their office and above that, their loft bed. Their space is hard to photograph.

Looking back the other way you can see the two closets Chris has built which the loffice sit on top of.

January 25th: loft beds and stairs

Chris added on a loft bed frame and did some electrical prep yesterday

Today he added a little wall frame around the loft bed and a stair-latter to the loft area

Al got the door header in yesterday

January 24th: Al and Vicki's first real meal!

I made a pot pie! We have been eating terribly the past couple weeks...Al went on tour and we were both trying to eat down what we had so we wouldn't have to move food with us and then during the move there was no time to cook so it was great to finally eat well.

January 19th 2011: Moving in

Vicki and Al's corner has a loft space already so we need walls and some stairs

this is the room and loft in the corner that Chris and Julia will build their room in
